Regency Silver Corp. is a Canadian mining company focused on gold, copper and silver in Mexico. Our work includes investigating the mineralized system at Dios Padre in Sonora and advancing the announced Jabalí acquisition, which includes the past-producing La Dura mine. These are distinct project opportunities, with different technical questions and next steps. [1][2]
Why does a company called Regency Silver discuss gold and copper?
Our name is a starting point, not a complete description of the metals we investigate. At Dios Padre, drilling has encountered gold, copper and silver within the mineralized breccia system. Our June 16, 2026 results describe silver-copper-rich mineralization at shallower levels transitioning toward gold-copper mineralization at depth. That geological pattern helps explain why our project discussion extends beyond silver. [1]
For an investor, the useful question is not simply which metal appears in the company name. It is what the evidence shows at each project, how that evidence is changing and what work is needed next. Finding several metals does not mean that all will be economically recovered. Grades, geological continuity, processing characteristics and eventual economics are separate parts of the assessment.
What is Dios Padre?
Dios Padre is our gold-copper-silver project near Yécora in Sonora, Mexico. It combines a historic silver-mine setting with our investigation of mineralization extending below that setting. The June 2026 release interprets the system as a magmatic-hydrothermal breccia and describes a relationship between shallower silver-rich areas and deeper gold-copper-rich mineralization. [1]
In everyday terms, our drilling helps us understand where the mineralized rock occurs, how its character changes and how intersections in different holes relate to one another. A drill hole provides a narrow sample through the ground. Building a useful geological interpretation requires more than selecting the most attractive result: the locations, orientations and less mineralized intersections matter too.
The complete 2025/2026 campaign comprised 14 holes totalling 9,375 metres. Our June release brought those results together. In our October 15, 2026 update, we described drilling as resuming following a technical review. These disclosures mark different stages of the work: results from a completed campaign and a subsequent update on activity. Neither should be mistaken for a new mineral-resource estimate or an economic study. [1][3]
How does Jabalí fit into the company?
Jabalí brings a different project setting to the story. Our announced agreement concerns a 100% interest in the Jabalí Gold Project through the acquisition of Tarachi Gold S.A. de C.V. The project includes the Jabalí and Las Moritas concessions, covering approximately 569 hectares in eastern Sonora’s Mulatos Mining District. La Dura is the past-producing mine associated with the project. [2]
Our objective is to advance the project toward production and generate capital for the company’s next phase. The proposed approach depends on technical work, financing, applicable approvals and a toll-milling agreement. Toll milling means processing material at a third-party facility rather than assuming a dedicated new mill will be built at the project. An objective is not an achieved operating milestone. [2]
The distinctions are important: an announced acquisition is not the same as confirmed closing, and a past-producing mine is not a currently producing mine. Our project disclosure says that the acquisition is subject to its stated conditions and that La Dura is not currently in production. Those qualifications belong alongside the opportunity, not hidden behind it. [2]
How should investors compare the two project stories?
Start with the question each body of evidence answers. At Dios Padre, the recent drilling helps us interpret a gold-copper-silver mineralized system. At Jabalí, the announced transaction and past-producing setting frame a proposed route toward production. The two should not be combined into a single claim that Regency already operates a producing mine. [1][2]
Then separate evidence from objectives. Reported assays describe tested samples. A geological interpretation explains how those observations may fit together. A work-program statement describes intended or reported activity. A production objective depends on additional technical and commercial requirements. Reading those categories separately makes it easier to understand what a future announcement actually changes.
Who leads Regency, and how is the company identified publicly?
Our October 15, 2026 announcement identifies Bruce Bragagnolo as CEO and lists Regency Silver Corp. under TSXV: RSMX, OTCQB: RSMXF and Frankfurt: ZJ90. Use the legal company name and the relevant symbol together when locating public information, particularly where a platform displays several securities with similar names. [3]
Leadership information and technical responsibility answer different questions. For example, the technical content of our June results release was reviewed and approved by Michael Tucker, P.Geo., a director and Qualified Person under NI 43-101. The release explicitly states that he is not independent because of his director role. That attribution tells readers who reviewed the technical disclosure; it is not a guarantee of future project performance. [1]
Where should a new investor begin?
Begin with the company and project pages for orientation, then read the underlying releases. For Dios Padre, the complete June results provide much more context than a headline intercept. For Jabalí, read the transaction conditions alongside the project rationale. Our investor document library provides a route to presentations, financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and technical reporting. [1][2][4]
A useful first research session ends with three questions: what has been demonstrated, what remains an interpretation or objective, and which document will show the next material change? We want readers to understand both the reasons we are pursuing these projects and the evidence needed to follow their progress. That is a stronger starting point than treating a company name, a selected grade or a production ambition as the entire investment case.
