A guided path through the public record

01

What is Regency Silver?

Regency Silver is a Mexico-focused mining company headquartered in Canada, advancing silver, gold and copper projects. Its flagship project is Dios Padre in Sonora.

02

What is an exploration company?

A mineral exploration company studies mineral properties through geological mapping, sampling, geophysics and drilling. Exploration results help build an understanding of a mineral system, but they do not by themselves establish a mine, economic viability or future production.

03

What does a drill result mean?

A drill result identifies the hole, sampled depths, reported interval and grades encountered. Reported interval length is measured along the drill hole and is not automatically the true width of the mineralized zone. Read the accompanying cut-off, dilution and true-thickness notes before comparing results.

04

What is an inferred mineral resource?

An inferred mineral resource is an early-stage estimate based on limited geological evidence and sampling. Additional drilling and analysis can improve geological understanding and may support later classification decisions, but conversion is not automatic. An inferred resource is not a mineral reserve and does not establish economic viability.

05

Where do I find the official record?

Use News, Technical Reports, Financial Statements and MD&A, the current presentation, and Regency’s SEDAR+ profile. Filed disclosure and current issuer documents take precedence over summaries.

06

How does U.S. OTC access work?

Regency Silver’s primary Canadian listing trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under RSMX. Its U.S. OTCQB symbol is RSMXF. Brokerage availability and order eligibility vary; verify the symbol directly with your broker.

A worked example: REG-26-35

The June 16, 2026 release reports 5.06 g/t gold, 41.85 g/t silver and 1.10% copper over 36.35 metres within a broader 96.00-metre zone averaging 2.08 g/t gold.

Reported interval length is measured along the drill hole and is not automatically the true width of the mineralized zone. Read the accompanying cut-off, dilution and true-thickness notes before comparing results.

How to read a release

Trace every result to the issuer document

Use this sequence before interpreting any headline result.

  1. Confirm the issuer, release date and project named in the document.
  2. Read the full reported interval, then identify any shorter included intervals.
  3. Check the units for each metal and distinguish grade from interval length.
  4. Read the cut-off, dilution and true-thickness notes beside the result table.
  5. Review Qualified Person attribution, historical-information cautions and forward-looking statements.
  6. Use the complete issuer release and technical record before comparing results.
