Acquisition of a 100% interest announced
We announced an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Jabalí Gold Project through the acquisition of Tarachi Gold S.A. de C.V. The announced acquisition is subject to the conditions set out in the transaction disclosure. La Dura is not currently in production. Near-term production and internal funding are objectives, not assured outcomes, and depend on technical work, financing, applicable approvals and a toll-milling agreement.
